Stereo Jack Adapter Light does not Illuminate [09/2014 - 11/2017]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the O66 and O128 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connectors.
2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   O128-1 (USV1) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	5 V
   O66-12 (ACC) - O66-5 (GND)	Engine switch on (ACC)	11 to 14 V

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [09/2014 - ] 

Result: 

NG

1. Disconnect the O127 radio receiver assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the O128 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   O128-1 (USV1) - O127-1 (USV1)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   O128-1 (USV1) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

2. Disconnect the O66 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   O73-3 (ACC2) - O66-12 (ACC)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   O73-3 (ACC2) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [09/2014 - 11/2017]
