Removal [10/2014 - 09/2017]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/o Lane Departure Alert System) 
    1. Slide the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. Detach the 6 claws and remove the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover.

  2. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/o Lane Departure Alert System) 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

      *1 Connector
      *2 Screw
    2. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw.
    3. Slide the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to remove the inner rear view mirror assembly.
  3. REMOVE NO. 1 LANE RECOGNITION COVER (w/ Lane Departure Alert System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  4. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/ Lane Departure Alert System) 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

      *1 Connector
      *2 Screw
    2. Detach the clamp.
    3. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw.
    4. Slide the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to remove the inner rear view mirror assembly.
