Removal [10/2014 - 09/2017]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [10/2014 - 09/2015], or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [09/2015 - 09/2017]

  2. REMOVE NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [10/2014 - 09/2015], or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [09/2015 - 09/2017]

  3. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [10/2014 - 09/2015], or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [09/2015 - 09/2017]

  4. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [10/2014 - 09/2015], or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [09/2015 - 09/2017]

  5. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

    Refer to PRECAUTION [10/2014 - 09/2016] , or refer to PRECAUTION [09/2016 - 09/2017]

  6. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

    Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2014 - 09/2017]

  7. REMOVE CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  8. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  9. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  10. REMOVE UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  11. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  12. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14

  15. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15

  16. REMOVE NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  17. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  18. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  19. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and detach the 2 clips.

    2. Move the multi-display assembly with bracket in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

    3. Disconnect each connector.

    4. Detach the clamp and remove the multi-display assembly with bracket.
  20. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER BRACKET A 
    1. Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and multi-display controller bracket A.
