Inspection [10/2014 - 09/2017]: Procedure
- INSPECT AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (CLOCK)
- Check the illumination.
Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the illumination condition.
OK
Measurement Condition Specified Condition Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 16 (ILL+)
Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 15 (ILL-)Illuminates If the result is not as specified, replace the air conditioning control assembly (clock).

- Check the illumination.
- INSPECT HEATER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Inspect the heater control cable sub-assembly.
- Measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the value(s) in the tables below.

Tester Connection Specified Condition 1-1 Below 1 Ω 2-2 Below 1 Ω 3-3 Below 1 Ω 4-4 Below 1 Ω 5-5 Below 1 Ω 6-6 Below 1 Ω 7-7 Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the heater control cable sub-assembly.
- Measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the value(s) in the tables below.
- Inspect the heater control cable sub-assembly.
