Combination Meter ECU Communication Stop Mode [10/2014 - 09/2017]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY MAIN WIRE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

(to Combination Meter Assembly) - Disconnect the combination meter assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I10-29 (CANH) - I10-30 (CANL) Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal 108 to 132 Ω Result

- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2014 - 09/2017]

(to Combination Meter Assembly) - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition I10-22 (B) - Body ground Power switch off 11 to 14 V I10-21 (IG+) - Body ground Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
