Removal [09/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.
    2. Disconnect the 3 exhaust pipe supports and remove the tail exhaust pipe assembly.
    3. Remove the gasket from the center exhaust pipe assembly.
  2. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts.
    2. Disconnect the 4 exhaust pipe supports and remove the center exhaust pipe assembly.
    3. Remove the gasket from the front No. 2 exhaust pipe sub-assembly.
  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.
    3. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and front No. 2 exhaust pipe sub-assembly.
    4. Remove the gasket from the front exhaust pipe sub-assembly.
  4. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [10/2014 - ]

  5. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 compression springs and front exhaust pipe sub-assembly.
    2. Remove the gasket from the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly.
  6. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE DAMPER 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and exhaust pipe damper from the tail exhaust pipe assembly.
