Removal [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. DRAIN ENGINE OIL 

    See step   [10/2014 - 05/2018] , or see step   [05/2018 - ]

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY (for Sport Package) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [10/2014 - 09/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [09/2016 - 05/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [05/2019 - ]

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (except Sport Package) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [10/2014 - 09/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [09/2016 - 05/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [05/2019 - ]

  4. REMOVE ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR 
    1. Disconnect the engine oil temperature sensor connector.

    2. Using a 19 mm ball joint lock nut wrench, remove the engine oil temperature sensor from the stiffening crankcase assembly.
    3. Remove the gasket from the engine oil temperature sensor.
