Installation [10/2014 - 09/2017]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:
    • Prevention of static electricity is required during this procedure.
    • Use static electricity countermeasures SST (desktop anti-static mat set) and observe all precautions to prevent damage to the system by electrostatic discharge (ESD).
    • SST: 09890-47010 
      1. 09891-04010
      2. 09891-04020
      3. 09891-04030
      4. 09891-04040
    1. With the connector lock open, insert the heater control cable sub-assembly.

      HINT: 

      Install the flat cable so that the side with printed characters is not visible.

    2. Lock the connector and install the heater control cable sub-assembly.
  2. INSTALL CLOCK ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:
    • Prevention of static electricity is required during this procedure.
    • Use static electricity countermeasures SST (desktop anti-static mat set) and observe all precautions to prevent damage to the system by electrostatic discharge (ESD).
    • SST: 09890-47010 
      1. 09891-04010
      2. 09891-04020
      3. 09891-04030
      4. 09891-04040
    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the clock assembly.

      With the connector lock open, insert the heater control cable sub-assembly.

    3. Lock the connector and connect the heater control cable sub-assembly to the clock assembly.
    4. Install the cover with the 6 screws.

  3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 6 clips to install the air conditioning control assembly.
  4. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  8. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  9. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22

  12. INSTALL UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23

  13. INSTALL UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

  14. INSTALL UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL
