Installation [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY 
  2. INSTALL NO. 4 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Install the No. 4 radio bracket with the 3 screws.

      Torque: 2.8 N.m (29 kgf/cm, 25 in.lbf) 

  3. INSTALL NO. 3 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Install the No. 3 radio bracket with the 3 screws.

      Torque: 2.8 N.m (29 kgf/cm, 25 in.lbf) 

  4. INSTALL SWITCH WIRE 
    1. Attach the clamp and guide to install the switch wire.

  5. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL 
    1. Attach the clip to install the lower No. 2 instruent panel finish panel.

    2. Connect the connector.
  6. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 
    1. Connect each connector.
    2. Attach the clip to temporarily install the radio receiver assembly with bracket as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
    3. Install the radio receiver assembly with bracket with the 4 bolts.

  7. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24 [10/2022 - 10/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24 [10/2023 - ]

  8. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32 [10/2022 - 10/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32 [10/2023 - ]

  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 
    1. Attach the clip and install the instrument side panel RH in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 
    1. Attach the clip and install the instrument side panel LH in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
  11. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2022 - 10/2023] , or refer to INSTALLATION [10/2023 - ]

  12. PERFORM REGISTRATION 

    HINT: 

    When replacing the radio receiver assembly, perform registration.
