Installation [10/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Set the headlight assembly LH to the vehicle.

      Place Hands Here
      Install in this Direction (1)
      Install in this Direction (2)
    2. Place your hand on 2 brackets of the headlight assembly LH to set them on the screw seats.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to break the bracket.

    3. w/ Front Side Radar:

      Connect the connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

    4. Place your hand on 2 brackets of the headlight assembly LH to set them on the screw seats.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to break the bracket.

    5. Install the headlight assembly LH in installation direction (1) as shown in the illustration.
    6. Slide the headlight assembly LH in installation direction (2) and attach the guide.
    7. Install the headlight assembly LH with the 2 bolts and 3 screws.

      Bolt 

      Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 

    8. Connect the connector and lock the connector lock lever.

    9. Connect the connector and attach the wire harness clamp.
  2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY TOP LH 
    1. Set the front fender reinforcement sub-assembly top LH and attach the clip.

      *a Headlight Assembly LH Clip Installation Area
      NOTE:

      When attaching the headlight assembly LH to the clips, do not damage the clip installation area.

    2. Lower the rear end of the front fender reinforcement sub-assembly top LH and attach the hook toward the outside of the vehicle.

      Lower Attach the hook
    3. Attach the claw of the hood to cowl top seal.

    4. Lower the end of the front fender reinforcement sub-assembly top LH and attach the hook toward the outside of the vehicle.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY 

    except Sport Package:

    Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2023 - ]

    for Sport Package:

    Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2023 - ]

  4. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 

    Refer to REGISTRATION [10/2023 - ]

  5. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING 

    Refer to ADJUSTMENT [10/2020 - ]
