Removal [03/2017 - 05/2023]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH 
    1. Remove the 6 clips.

    2. Detach the guides and claws and remove the radiator support to frame seal RH.
  2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL LH

    2. Detach the guides and claws and remove the radiator support to frame seal LH.
  3. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR 
    1. Remove the 5 clips.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the lower radiator air deflector.
  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER 
    1. Apply protective tape around the front bumper cover.

      Protective Tape
    2. Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the 3 pin hold clips.

      *a 90°

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    3. Remove the front side bumper retainer LH.

      Remove in this Direction

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      1. Remove the clip from the front fender liner.
      2. Remove the screw.
      3. Remove the clips and front bumper side retainer LH as shown in the illustration.
    4. Remove the 8 screws.

    5. Remove the 4 bolts.

    6. Remove the 2 clips.
    7. Detach the clips and separate the radiator grill protector.

      Separate Direction

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    8. Disconnect the connector of the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly.

    9. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw while pulling toward the outside of the vehicle and remove the front bumper cover as shown in the illustration.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Remove in this Direction (1)
      Remove in this Direction (2)
      Protective Tape
    10. Fold back a part of edge of the front fender liner LH, disconnect the connector of the front turn signal light assembly LH.

      NOTE:

      When folding back the edge of the front fender liner LH, do not pull too hard.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    11. Detach the claws and remove the front bumper cover as shown in the illustration.
