Installation [04/2013 - 10/2017]: Procedure

- INSTALL ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
Adhesive
Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent
NOTE:- Do not apply adhesive to the oil inlet port of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
- Install the engine oil pressure switch assembly within 3 minutes after applying adhesive.
*1 Adhesive 1324 - Using a 24 mm deep socket wrench, install the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
Type A
Torque: 14.7 N*m (150 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
Type B
Torque: 15 N*m (153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
NOTE:Do not start the engine within 1 hour of installation.
*a Type A *b Type B - Connect the engine oil pressure switch assembly connector.
- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
- ADD ENGINE OIL

- INSPECT ENGINE OIL LEVEL

- INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK

- INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

- INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
