Installation [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Install the No. 2 radiator to support seal to the radiator assembly.

1. Install the No. 1 radiator to support seal to the radiator assembly.

1. Install the 4 No. 1 radiator support bushes to the radiator assembly.

1. Install the 2 No. 2 radiator supports to the radiator assembly.

1. Install the 2 No. 1 radiator supports to the radiator assembly.

1. Install the No. 2 radiator hose to the radiator assembly, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

   HINT: 

   When connecting the hose, make sure the paint mark and clamp are as shown in the illustration.

1. Insert the 2 tabs of the 2 No. 1 radiator supports into the 2 radiator service holes.

2. Install the radiator assembly with the 4 bolts.

   Torque: 18 N*m (184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf) 

1. Connect the 2 hoses and oil cooler accessory assembly to the radiator, and slide the 2 clamps to secure the hoses.

1. Connect the No. 2 radiator hose, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

   HINT: 

   When connecting the hose, make sure the paint mark and clamp are as shown in the illustration.

1. Install the fan pulley to the water pump assembly.
2. Place the fan shroud together with the fluid coupling assembly between the radiator assembly and engine.
   NOTE:

   Be careful not to damage the radiator core.

3. Temporarily install the fluid coupling assembly to the water pump assembly with the 4 nuts. Tighten the nuts as much as possible by hand.
4. Set the fan shroud on the radiator assembly as shown in the illustration.

5. Install the fan shroud with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf) 

6. Install the fan and generator V belt (Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2015 - ] ).
7. Tighten the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling assembly.

   Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf) 

1. Install the No. 1 radiator hose, and slide the 2 clamps to secure the hose.

   HINT: 

   When connecting the hose, make sure the paint marks and clamps are as shown in the illustration.

1. Install the radiator reservoir assembly with the 3 bolts.

   Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf) 

2. Connect the radiator reservoir hose to the radiator assembly.

1. Attach the 3 claws and install the radiator side deflector RH with the clip.

1. Attach the 3 claws and install the radiator side deflector LH with the clip.
