Removal [08/2019 - 08/2021]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Detach the 2 clips and 2 guides and remove the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.
    3. Disconnect each connector and detach each wire harness clamp.
  2. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Detach the 3 clips and 2 guides and remove the No. 2 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.
    3. Disconnect the foot light and detach the wire harness clamp.
  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

    1. Detach the 2 clips and guide and remove the front No. 1 console box insert.
  4. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

    1. Detach the 2 clips and guide and remove the front No. 2 console box insert.
  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

    1. Detach the 11 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel end LH.
  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

    1. Detach the 11 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel end RH.
  7. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Twist the shift lever knob sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.
  8. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    *a Protective Tape
    1. Put protective tape around the upper console panel sub-assembly.
    2. Detach the 7 clips.

    3. Move the upper console panel sub-assembly in the direction of the arrow to remove it.
    4. Disconnect each connector.
  9. REMOVE CONSOLE COIN BOX 
    1. Remove the console coin box.
  10. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 4 clips and 2 guides and 2 claw and remove the rear upper console panel sub-assembly.
  11. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 8 clips and remove the rear console end panel sub-assembly.

    2. Disconnect each connector and detach each wire harness clamp.
  12. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 screws and 4 bolts and rear console box assembly.
    2. Detach the wire harness clamp and disconnect each connector.
