Removal [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [10/2015 - 09/2017] or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [09/2017 - 05/2018] or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [05/2018 - ]

1. Release the fan and generator V belt tension by turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise and remove the fan and generator V belt from the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.

   HINT: 

   The pulley bolt for the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly is reverse threaded.

2. Rotate the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise to align the holes and then insert a 5 mm bi-hexagon wrench to secure the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly in place.

3. Remove the fan and generator V belt.
