Removal [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CENTER CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the clips and guide to remove the instrument center cluster finish panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    2. Disconnect the connector.
  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH 
    1. Disengage the clips and guides to remove the instrument panel finish panel end LH as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 
    1. Disengage the clips and guides to remove the instrument panel finish panel end RH as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the claw to separate the shifting hole cover as shown in the illustration.

      Downward
    2. Remove the shift lever knob sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
  5. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

      Remove in this Direction
    2. Disengage the clips to remove the console upper panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
    3. Disconnect the connectors.
  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the clips to remove the instrument panel cup holder assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    2. Disconnect the connectors.
  7. REMOVE NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  8. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL 
    1. Disengage the clips, claws and guides to remove the console rear end panel as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    2. Disconnect the connector.
  9. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      *a Clamp
      *b Guide
    2. Disengage the clamp.
    3. Remove the 5 bolts.
    4. Remove the 2 screws.
    5. Disengage the guides to remove the console box assembly.
