Installation [06/2018 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR

HINT:

Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the fuel pressure sensor.

Refer to INITIALIZATION [06/2018 - 07/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [07/2019 - 08/2020] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2021 - ]

Temporarily install a new fuel pressure sensor to the fuel delivery pipe as shown in the illustration.

*a	Cutout (Fuel Delivery Pipe)
*b	Cutout (Fuel Pressure Sensor)

NOTE:

Make sure that the cutout of the fuel delivery pipe is aligned with the cutout of the fuel pressure sensor.

Temporarily install the No. 1 fuel pressure sensor holder to the fuel delivery pipe as shown in the illustration.

NOTE:

Make sure that the cutout of the fuel pressure sensor is aligned with the cutout of the No. 1 fuel pressure sensor holder.

Using an 8 mm socket wrench, install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
Connect the fuel pressure sensor connector.

INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD
Refer to INSTALLATION [06/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to INSTALLATION [08/2021 - ]
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the fuel pressure sensor.
  Refer to INITIALIZATION [06/2018 - 07/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [07/2019 - 08/2020] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2021 - ]
