Wireless Charger Illumination Circuit [09/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ILLUMINATION SIGNAL) 
    1. Disconnect the H20 mobile wireless charger cradle assembly connector.
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      H20-7 (TAIL) - Body ground Light control switch in off position Below 1 V
      Engine switch off, light control switch in tail or head position 11 to 14 V

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    NG 

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    Result: 

    OK

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MOBILE WIRELESS CHARGER CRADLE ASSEMBLY - BODY GROUND) 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      H20-1 (PGND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    OK 

    REPLACE MOBILE WIRELESS CHARGER CRADLE ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [09/2022 - ] 

    Result: 

    NG 

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
