DTC P062F-46: Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module EEPROM Calibration / Parameter Memory Failure [06/2018 - ]: Description

The hybrid vehicle control ECU monitors its internal operation and will store these DTCs when it detects an internal malfunction.

DTC No. Detection Item DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area MIL Warning Indicate
P062F-46 Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module EEPROM Calibration / Parameter Memory Failure Either of the following conditions is met:
  • ECU internal malfunction

    (EEPROM error)

  • The power switch is turned off when the auxiliary battery voltage is 9.5 V or less.

(1 trip detection logic)
  • Hybrid vehicle control ECU
  • Auxiliary battery
