Remote Touch Screen Does not Generate Vibration Feedback [06/2018 - 09/2022]: Procedure

1. Using the multi-display assembly customize setting screen, check that the remote touch screen vibration feedback reaction force setting is not set to "Off".

   OK

   The remote touch screen vibration feedback reaction force setting is not set to "Off".

1. Enter self-diagnostic mode.

   Refer to OPERATION CHECK [06/2018 - 10/2019] , or refer to OPERATION CHECK [10/2019 - 08/2021] , or refer to OPERATION CHECK [08/2021 - 09/2022]

2. Operate the remote touch screen laterally and check that the remote touch screen generates vibration feedback.
   NOTE:

   Since the remote touch screen may recognize a pinch in/out or flick operation if operated with 2 fingers, always use 1 finger to operate the remote touch screen in self-diagnostic mode.

   OK

   Remote touch screen generates vibration feedback.

   Result

REPLACE REMOTE TOUCH (REMOTE OPERATION CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY). Refer to  REMOVAL [06/2018 - 08/2020]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [08/2020 - 09/2022]
