DTC B15C5: Manual Button Malfunction [06/2018 - 10/2019]: Procedure

- CHECK DTC
- Turn the power switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Clear the DTCs.
Body Electrical > Telematics > Clear DTCs
- Recheck for DTCs.
Body Electrical > Telematics > Trouble Codes

- INSPECT MAP LIGHT SUB-ASSEMBLY (MANUAL (SOS) SWITCH)
- Disconnect the P12 map light sub-assembly connector.
*a Component without harness connected
(Map Light Sub-assembly) - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the P12 map light sub-assembly connector.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) - MAP LIGHT SUB-ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the G10 DCM (Telematics Transceiver) connector.
- Disconnect the P12 map light sub-assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- Replace the DCM (Telematics Transceiver).

NOTE:- The power switch must be off.
- Do not swap the DCM (Telematics Transceiver) with one from another vehicle.

- Replace the DCM (Telematics Transceiver).
