DTC B1572: Telephone Microphone Error [06/2018 - 10/2019]: Procedure
- CHECK DTC
- Turn the power switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Clear the DTCs.
Body Electrical > Telematics > Clear DTCs
- Recheck for DTCs.
Body Electrical > Telematics > Trouble Codes

- INSPECT TELEPHONE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY
- Remove the telephone microphone assembly but do not disconnect the connectors.

- Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Remove the telephone microphone assembly but do not disconnect the connectors.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) - TELEPHONE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the G10 DCM (Telematics Transceiver) connector.
- Disconnect the P18 telephone microphone assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

NOTE:- The power switch must be off.
- Do not swap the DCM (Telematics Transceiver) with one from another vehicle.
