Removal [08/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [06/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [09/2022 - ]

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [09/2022 - ]

  3. REMOVE INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [09/2022 - ]

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22 [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22 [09/2022 - ]

  5. REMOVE VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for Active Control Engine Mount System) 
    1. Remove the bolt and disengage the 2 wire harness clamps to separate the engine wire.

    2. Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp bracket from the transmission case side cover.

    3. Disengage the wire harness clamp and disconnect the vacuum switching valve (for active control engine mount system) connector.

    4. Disconnect the 3 vacuum hoses from the vacuum switching valve (for active control engine mount system).

    5. Remove the nut and vacuum switching valve (for active control engine mount system) from the front engine mounting insulator.
