Cornering Light Circuit [08/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. CONFIRM MODEL 
    1. Choose the model to be inspected.

  2. CHECK LIGHTS 
    1. Check the illumination of each cornering lights.

  3. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / AFS / Active Test.
    5. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the Techstream.

      Body Electrical > AFS > Active Test

      Cornering Light/Front Side Illuminate Light Left cornering light/left front side illuminate light OFF or ON -

    1. Interchange the headlight unit assembly LH with RH and connect the connectors.

      Refer to DISASSEMBLY [08/2021 - ]

  5. CHECK OPERATION (CORNERING LIGHT) 
    1. Check that the cornering light operates normally of the headlight unit assembly LH.

    REPLACE HEADLIGHT UNIT ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to  DISASSEMBLY [08/2021 - ] 

  6. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / AFS (Sub) / Active Test.
    5. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the Techstream.

      Body Electrical > AFS (Sub) > Active Test
