Removal [10/2015 - 08/2016]: Procedure
- RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
- REMOVE SERVICE PLUG GRIP
Refer to REMOVAL [10/2015 - 08/2016]
- CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE
- Remove the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.
Refer to REMOVAL [10/2015 - ]
- Remove the No. 3 inverter bracket.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6
- Remove the No. 6 inverter bracket.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
- Remove the inverter terminal cover.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10
- Check the terminal voltage.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11
- Install the inverter terminal cover.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17
- Install the No. 6 inverter bracket.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20
- Install the No. 3 inverter bracket.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21
- Install the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.
Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2015 - ]
- Remove the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.
- REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
Refer to REMOVAL [10/2015 - 08/2016]
- DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- DISCONNECT SUCTION HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE COMPRESSOR WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
- Remove the bolt and disconnect the bracket.
*a Bracket - Disconnect the connector.
- Disengage the 3 clamps.
- Using a screwdriver, slide the green-colored lock of the connector (A) as shown in the illustration to release it and disconnect the connector.
*a Connector (A) *b Connector (B) *c Green-colored Lock WARNING:Make sure to wear insulating gloves.
NOTE:Insulate the disconnected terminals and connector with insulating tape.
- Disconnect the connector (B).
- Remove the 3 bolts and disconnect the bracket.
*a Bracket - Remove the compressor with motor assembly.
- Remove the bolt and disconnect the bracket.
