DTC C1AE8: Rear Right Center Sensor Malfunction [08/2016 - 08/2019]: Description
The No. 4 ultrasonic sensor (rear right center sensor) is installed to the rear bumper. The clearance warning ECU assembly detects obstacles based on signals received from the No. 4 ultrasonic sensor (rear right center sensor). If the No. 4 ultrasonic sensor (rear right center sensor) has an open circuit or other malfunction, it will not function normally.
