Removal [12/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  2. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  3. REMOVE INTERCOOLER COOLING RADIATOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the radiator assembly.

      Refer to REMOVAL [12/2017 - ]

    2. Detach the claw and remove the rear radiator side air guide plate LH.

    3. Slide the clips and disconnect the intercooler water hose from the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.

    4. Detach the clamp.
    5. Remove the 2 bolts and intercooler cooling water hose assembly.

    6. Detach the claws.

    7. While lifting the intercooler cooling radiator assembly, detach the guides and remove the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.
  4. REMOVE SUB RADIATOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the front bumper assembly.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Detach the claw and remove the No. 1 sub-radiator duct.
    4. Slide the clips and disconnect the No. 1 sub-radiator hose and No. 6 sub-radiator hose from the sub radiator assembly.

    5. Remove the 3 nuts and sub radiator assembly.

    6. Remove the nut A and clip from the No. 3 radiator bracket.

      *a Nut A
      *b Nut B
    7. Detach the clamp.
    8. Remove the 3 nuts B and No. 3 radiator bracket.
    9. Detach the claws, clamp and remove the No. 2 sub-radiator duct from the No. 1 sub-radiator bracket.
