Removal [03/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD 

    See step  10 [03/2017 - 01/2021], or see step  11 [01/2021 - 05/2023], or refer to DISASSEMBLY [05/2023 - ] 

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD 

    See step  11 [03/2017 - 01/2021], or see step  12 [01/2021 - 05/2023], or refer to DISASSEMBLY [05/2023 - ] 

  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH 

    See step  12 [03/2017 - 01/2021], or see step  13 [01/2021 - 05/2023], or refer to DISASSEMBLY [05/2023 - ] 

  4. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE 

    See step  15 [03/2017 - 01/2021], or see step  16 [01/2021 - 05/2023], or refer to DISASSEMBLY [05/2023 - ] 

  5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM BOX 

    See step  16 [03/2017 - 01/2021], or see step  17 [01/2021 - 05/2023], or refer to DISASSEMBLY [05/2023 - ] 

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  7. REMOVE FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 

    See step  18 [03/2017 - 01/2021], or see step  19 [01/2021 - 05/2023], or refer to DISASSEMBLY [05/2023 - ] 

  8. REMOVE INNER LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH 

    See step  19 [03/2017 - 01/2021], or see step  20 [01/2021 - 05/2023], or refer to DISASSEMBLY [05/2023 - ] 

  9. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK PROTECTOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  10. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [03/2017 - ]

  12. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK OPENER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and luggage door lock opener assembly.

    2. Detach the cable clamp.

      Counterclockwise Direction
    3. Turn counterclockwise direction and disconnect the cable end from the luggage door lock opener assembly.
  13. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Roll up it partially the room partition panel insulator.

      *a Cable Clamp
      *b Clamp

      Detach the cable clamps on the room partition panel side and clamp.

    3. Detach the clamps.

    4. Detach the clamp.

    5. Detach the clamp and remove the luggage door control cable sub-assembly.
