Removal [08/2015 - 08/2021]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (Refer to PRECAUTION [08/2015 - ] ).

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2019 - 08/2021] ).

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [08/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [08/2019 - 08/2021]

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [08/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [08/2019 - 08/2021]

  5. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [08/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [08/2019 - 08/2021]

  6. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [08/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [08/2019 - 08/2021]

  7. REMOVE FRONT UPPER CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 36 [08/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 35 [08/2019 - 08/2021]

  8. REMOVE MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Pull the multi-media module receiver assembly to detach the 6 clips and guide on the backside of the multi-media module receiver assembly.

    3. Disconnect each connector and remove the multi-media module receiver assembly.
  9. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the No. 1 radio bracket.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the No. 2 radio bracket.
