DTC P0755-7F: Shift Solenoid "B" Actuator Stuck Off [11/2017 - 11/2019]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Transmission / Trouble Codes.

   Powertrain > Transmission > Trouble Codes 

5. Read the DTCs using the Techstream.

   Result

   Result	Proceed to
   Only DTC P0755-7F is output	A
   P0755-7F and other DTCs are output	B

   HINT: 

   If any DTCs other than P0755-7F are output, perform troubleshooting for those DTCs first.

Result: 

B 

GO TO DTC CHART. Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [11/2017 - 10/2018]  , or refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [10/2018 - 11/2019]

1. Remove the shift solenoid valve S2.

   *1	Shift Solenoid Valve S2

   Refer to DISASSEMBLY [09/2014 - ]

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   Terminal of shift solenoid valve S2 connector - Shift solenoid valve S2 body	20°C (68°F)	11 to 15 Ω

3. Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to the terminal of the shift solenoid valve connector, and a negative (-) lead to the shift solenoid valve body. Check that the valve moves and makes an operating sound.

   OK

   Valve moves and makes an operating sound.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE S2. Refer to  COMPONENTS [09/2014 - ] 

Result: 

OK

1. Check the transmission valve body assembly.

   Refer to REMOVAL [09/2014 - ]

   OK

   There is no foreign matter on each valve and they operate smoothly.

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH TRANSFER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  COMPONENTS [11/2017 - 11/2021]
