DTC P0740-11: Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Short to Ground [11/2017 - ]: Description

By turning the shift solenoid valve SL ON or OFF, the ECM controls the fluid pressure to the lock-up relay valve, performing lock-up control.

Fail-safe function:
