Installation [11/2017 - ]: Procedure

- INSTALL ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
Adhesive
Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent
NOTE:- Do not apply adhesive to the oil inlet port of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
- Install the engine oil pressure switch assembly within 3 minutes of applying adhesive.
*a Adhesive 1324 *b Oil Inlet Port - Using a 24 mm deep socket wrench, install the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
Torque: 15 N.m (153 kgf/cm, 11 ft.lbf)
NOTE:Do not start the engine for at least 1 hour after installation.
- Connect the engine oil pressure switch assembly connector.
- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
- ADD ENGINE OIL
- INSPECT ENGINE OIL LEVEL

- INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK
- INSTALL INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER

- INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

- INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER
