Odo/Trip Switch Malfunction [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Data List.
5. Read the Data List according to the display on the GTS.

   Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Data List

REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [04/2013 - 10/2016]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [10/2016 - 09/2020]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [09/2020 - ]

1. Remove the trip switch.

   Refer to REMOVAL [04/2013 - ]

2. Inspect the trip switch.

   Refer to INSPECTION [08/2015 - ]

REPLACE TRIP SWITCH. Refer to  REMOVAL [04/2013 - ]

1. Disconnect the K3 combination meter assembly connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K3-4 (ODO) - K136-4 (A/B)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   K3-26 (SW3) - K136-7 (E)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   K3-4 (ODO) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
