Installation [04/2013 - 08/2015]: Procedure

INSTALL FUEL RELIEF VALVE ASSEMBLY

Install a new gasket to the fuel relief valve assembly.

Using a 17 mm union nut wrench, install the fuel relief valve assembly to the No. 2 fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly.

*a	17 mm Union Nut Wrench

Torque: 40 N.m (408 kgf/cm, 30 ft.lbf)

NOTE:

Do not apply oil to the threads of the fuel relief valve assembly and No. 2 fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly.
Do not allow foreign matter to enter the No. 2 fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly during installation.
Use the torque value compensation formula to calculate the torque value for use when a torque wrench is combined with a tool such as a union nut wrench.
