Removal [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  5. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]

  6. REMOVE NO. 3 DASH PANEL INSULATOR PAD 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

      Fastener - -
    2. Disengage the clamp.
    3. Disengage the guide.
    4. Disengage each fastener and turn back the front floor mat as shown in the illustration.
    5. Remove the 2 clips and No. 3 dash panel insulator pad.

  7. REMOVE KICK DOWN SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the kick down switch assembly connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.
    3. Remove the nut, 2 bolts and kick down switch assembly from the vehicle body.
