Removal [10/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [10/2016 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [09/2020 - ]

  2. REMOVE INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER 

    See step  18 [10/2017 - 09/2020], or see step  18 [09/2020 - ]

  3. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  3 [10/2017 - 09/2020], or see step  3 [09/2020 - ]

  4. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT 
    1. Release the V-ribbed belt tension by turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise.

      *a 5 mm Hexagon Wrench
    2. Turn the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise to align its holes, and then insert a 5 mm hexagon wrench to secure the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.
    3. Remove the V-ribbed belt from the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.
