Removal [04/2013 - 09/2020]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  4. REMOVE FRONT PANEL GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  5. REMOVE FRONT PANEL GARNISH RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  6. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  7. REMOVE LEXUS DISPLAY AUDIO CONTROLLER (for Radio and Display Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [04/2013 - 09/2020]

  8. REMOVE REMOTE TOUCH (for Multi-Media Module Receiver Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  9. REMOVE COMBINATION SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 7 claws and remove the combination switch assembly from the upper console panel sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE CLIP 

    HINT: 

    Perform this procedure only when replacement of the clip is necessary.

    1. Remove the 4 clips from the combination switch assembly.
