Hazard Warning Switch Circuit [09/2020 - ]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Data List.
5. Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.

   Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Data List

1. Remove the hazard warning signal switch (air conditioning control assembly).

   Refer to REMOVAL [04/2013 - ]

2. Inspect the hazard warning signal switch (air conditioning control assembly).

   Refer to INSPECTION [04/2013 - ]

REPLACE HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH (AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY). Refer to  REMOVAL [04/2013 - ]

1. Disconnect the K4 combination meter assembly connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K65-11 (LJB) - K4-12 (HAZM)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   K65-9 (HAZ) - K4-2 (HZSW)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   K65-11 (LJB) or K4-12 (HAZM) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   K65-9 (HAZ) or K4-2 (HZSW) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result
