Removal [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [08/2015 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [10/2016 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [09/2020 - ]

  2. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler) 

    See step  1

  3. REMOVE ELECTRIC WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the electric water pump assembly connector.

    2. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose from the electric water pump assembly.

    3. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 4 intercooler cooling water hose from the electric water pump assembly.

    4. Disengage the No. 2 intercooler cooling water hose clamp from the electric water pump bracket sub-assembly.

    5. Remove the 2 bolts and electric water pump assembly from the water pump bracket sub-assembly.
