Removal [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. DRAIN ENGINE OIL 

    See step  1

  5. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose and No. 8 water by-pass hose.

      *1 No. 2 Water By-pass Hose
      *2 No. 8 Water By-pass Hose
    2. Remove the oil cooler union bolt and gasket.

      Oil Cooler Union Bolt
      Bolt
    3. Remove the bolt and oil cooler assembly.
    4. Remove the O-ring from the oil cooler assembly.
