Removal [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE CENTER NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 

    See step  3

  4. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. DISCONNECT VENTILATION HOSE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  6. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  7. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27

  8. REMOVE WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 nuts and water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly from the water inlet housing.

    2. Remove the No. 2 water inlet housing gasket from the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.
