CASE 1

Following condition is met 2 data or more
One of the following conditions (a), (b) or (c) is met More than 10 times
(a) EEPROM communication timeout Occurred
(b) Permanent Fault Code Not stored
(c) Permanent Fault Code Not equal to commanded Fault Code
CASE 2

Following condition is met 2 data or more
Either of the following conditions (a) or (b) is met More than 10 times
(a) EEPROM communication timeout Occurred
(b) Permanent Fault Code Stored
CASE 3

Either of the following conditions 1 or 2 is met 2 data or more
1. Following conditions is met More than 10 times
EEPROM communication timeout Occurred
2. Permanent Fault Code data (more than 10 times) Mismatch
