Typical Enabling Conditions

Monitor runs whenever the following DTCs are not stored None
All of the following conditions are met -
Battery voltage 8 V or higher
Command to thermostat heater On
Either of the following conditions is met 1 or 2
1. Both of the following conditions are met -
Last command to thermostat heater Off
Current command to thermostat heater Off
2. Both of the following conditions are met -
Last command to thermostat heater On
Current command to thermostat heater On
