Reassembly [04/2013 - 08/2015]: Procedure

- INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP OIL SEAL
- FIX FRONT OIL PUMP BODY SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Place the front oil pump body sub-assembly on the torque converter assembly.
- INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR
- INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR
- INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP BODY O-RING
- INSTALL STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY
- Align the bolt holes of the stator shaft assembly with the bolt holes of the front oil pump body sub-assembly and install the stator shaft assembly to the front oil pump body sub-assembly.
- Using "TORX" socket wrench T30, install the stator shaft assembly with the 14 screws.
Torque: 10.8 N.m (110 kgf/cm, 8 ft.lbf)
- Align the bolt holes of the stator shaft assembly with the bolt holes of the front oil pump body sub-assembly and install the stator shaft assembly to the front oil pump body sub-assembly.
- INSTALL CLUTCH DRUM OIL SEAL RING
- Coat 3 new clutch drum oil seal rings with ATF.
- Squeeze the ends of the 3 clutch drum oil seal rings so that the gap distance becomes 8 mm (0.315 in.) or less, and then install them to the stator shaft groove.NOTE:
Do not squeeze the oil seal rings excessively.
HINT:
After installing the clutch drum oil seal rings, check that they rotate smoothly.
- Coat 3 new clutch drum oil seal rings with ATF.
- INSPECT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR ROTATION
