DTC P1366: "E" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit Open, Low, High Bank1; DTC P1367: "E" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit Open, Low, High Bank2 [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CAMSHAFT TIMING CONTROL MOTOR - ECM)

Disconnect the camshaft timing control motor connector.
Disconnect the ECM connector.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance (Check for Open)

F185-1 (VTM2) - F153-31 (EMD2)	Always	Below 1 Ω

REPLACE CAMSHAFT TIMING CONTROL MOTOR (BANK 1 OR BANK 2)

Replace the camshaft timing control motor.

Refer to REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]

HINT:

Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the camshaft timing control motor.

Refer to INITIALIZATION [11/2021 - ]

CONFIRM WHETHER MALFUNCTION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the engine switch on (IG).
Turn the Techstream on.
Clear the DTCs.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [11/2021 - ]

Powertrain > Engine > Clear DTCs
Turn the engine switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.
Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream on.
Drive the vehicle in accordance with the driving pattern described in the Confirmation Driving Pattern.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.

Read the pending DTCs.

Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes
