REPAIR OR REPLACE CHARGING SYSTEM

- Check the charging system.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ECM - GENERATOR ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Disconnect the generator assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition F153-18 (LIN) - F83-2 (LIN) Always Below 1 Ω F153-18 (LIN), F83-2 (LIN) - body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher Result
