1. Check if a CAN communication DTC is output (Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2015 - 08/2019] ).

1. Use the Active Test to check the operation of the tachometer (Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [08/2017 - 08/2019] ).

   Engine speed displayed on the Techstream is almost the same as the tachometer indication.

2. Record the engine speed displayed on the Techstream.

   HINT: 

   Check the engine speed when the engine is fully warmed up and the air conditioning and all electrical accessories are off.
