Speedometer Malfunction [08/2019 - ]: Description

The combination meter assembly receives vehicle speed signals from the master cylinder solenoid (skid control ECU) via CAN communication. The speed sensor detects the wheel speed and sends the appropriate signals to the master cylinder solenoid (skid control ECU). The master cylinder solenoid (skid control ECU) supplies power to the vehicle speed sensor. The master cylinder solenoid (skid control ECU) detects vehicle speed signals based on pulses of the voltage.
