Hybrid System Indicator Malfunction [08/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Check for the DTC (see article. Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2014 - 08/2015] Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2015 - ] ).

   CAN communication DTC is not output and hybrid system indicator has a malfunction.	A

GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test.
5. Check the indicator light operation according to the values in the table below.

   Hybrid system indicator indication is normal.

1. Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Data Test.
5. Check the values by referring to the table below.

   Hybrid system indicator value displayed on the Techstream is almost the same as hybrid system indicator indication.

GO TO HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM

1. Replace the combination meter assembly with a new or a known good one (See article. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2014 - ] ).

   OK

   The operation of the hybrid system indicator returns to normal.
