Tire Pressure Warning Light Circuit [03/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Turn the engine switch off.
2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
3. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
4. Turn the Techstream on.
5. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test.
6. Check the condition of the tire pressure warning light using the Techstream.
   COMBINATION METER

   Indicat. Tire Pressure Warning System	Tire pressure warning light	OFF or ON	Confirm that the vehicle is stopped with the engine idling.

   OK

   The tire pressure warning light turns on or off in accordance with the Techstream operation.

NG → See step   4 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Disconnect the F16 combination meter assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the P46 tire pressure warning ECU and receiver connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   P46-5 (IND) - F16-15 (TIRE)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   P46-5 (IND) or F16-15 (TIRE) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
